All orders are shipped the same day if they are placed before 3pm (except holidays and weekends, in this case it will be sent the next business day) by Colissimo, the time will depend on the mode of delivery you choose when ordering.

The cost of shipping will depend on your delivery address and the delivery method you choose. After entering your delivery address at check out you will be able to view the delivery options available to you and their cost.

Once your order has been shipped you will automatically receive emails to keep you informed of the progress of the package. You will also be able to log in to your account to see your package number and track the progress of the delivery.

You will be able to make your payments with:
- Credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, VisaElectron)
- PayPal

Yes, it will be necessary to order directly by mail on order@farhya.mc or by phone at 06.80.86.70.00.

First of all, we are sorry that you haven't received your order ! We would recommend to check your ‘proof of delivery' you can access this via your tracking link used to track your order. If you aren’t unable to locate your order please let us know by emailing us at order@farhya.mc, please include your Order Number & Tracking ID.
