RETURN POLICY


Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined below in the GTC and within the time limits allowed will not be taken into account and will exonerate our Company from any responsibility towards the Customer. 


In case of payment via PayPal, the refund will be made via their service.


In case of payment by credit card, the refund will be made on it within 30 days maximum.


In case of refund following a retraction, please refer to article 13 of the GTC.


SHIPPING POLICY


Deliveries are made in Monaco, metropolitan France, Corsica and abroad. Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and vary according to the type of order (more information directly on the article sheet of the good). They are indicated to the Customer when he consults the availability of his product.


 

TERMS OF DELIVERY 


  1. I) The delivery means the transfer to the consumer of the physical possession or control of the good. It is made only after confirmation of the payment by the banking organization of the salesman.

  1. II) The ordered products are delivered VIA COLISSIMO

 

  1. III) Delivery is free everywhere from 99€ of purchase

III) The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. Any package returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the expense of the Customer. The Customer may, at his request, have an invoice sent to the billing address and not to the delivery address, by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.


  1. IV) If the Customer is absent on the day of delivery, the deliveryman will leave a notice in the mailbox, which will allow him to withdraw the package at the place and during the time indicated. 

  1. V) If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or open, the Customer must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the Customer must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because opened or damaged).

  1. VI) The Customer must indicate on the delivery form and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by his signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery form, damaged package, broken products...). 

This verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the Customer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.


The Customer will then have to confirm by registered mail these reserves to the carrier at the latest in the two working days following the reception of the articles and to transmit a copy of this mail by fax or simple mail to the salesman at the address indicated in the legal mentions of the site.


 VII) If the products need to be returned to the seller, they must be the subject of a request for return to the seller within 7 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of this period will not be accepted. The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions ...).


 

ERROR OF DELIVERIES


  1. I) The Customer must submit to our Company, on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, any claim of delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications on the order form. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.

  1. II) The complaint can be made, at the choice of the Customer:

III) Any claim not made according to the rules defined above and within the time limits will not be taken into account and will exonerate our Company from any responsibility towards the Customer. 


  1. IV) Upon receipt of the complaint, our Company will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it to the Client by e-mail. The exchange of a product can only take place after the exchange number has been assigned.

  1. V) In case of error of delivery or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to our Company as a whole and in its original packaging, to the following address FARHYA MONACO, 5/7 rue Castelleretto, 98000 Monaco

  1. VI) Return shipping costs are, in this case, at the charge of our Company.
